Every family needs a place to really be together. A space where the children have their own corner, the adults theirs, and where everyone ends up meeting naturally around a table, a sofa, a fireplace.<\/p>\n\n
This is what we were looking for in this renovation: for the house to adapt to the family, and not the other way around. Integrating the kitchen into the living room was the first big decision, in order to turn the entire floor into a single open space where life happens without interruption. Natural light, honey-toned woods and timeless whites are spread throughout the floor. The cabinets, with the same fronts and finishes in the kitchen and living room, unite everything visually and store everything a family accumulates, without it being noticeable.<\/p>\n\n
The fireplace, incorporated again in the renovation, anchors the living room from the side wall. One of those decisions that seem small but end up giving a different atmosphere to the space. Like the staircase, now camouflaged behind vertical wooden slats that frame it, filter the light and divide the space without closing it off. Next to it, a large and generous sofa, designed to accommodate all those family moments that an open plan invites you to have.<\/p>\n\n
Upstairs, each bedroom has its own character: a different textile, a color, an atmosphere. Because everyone deserves a corner that feels like their own. The bathrooms, solved in microcement and with a very refined design, maintain the same spirit: nothing more.<\/p>\n\n
A duplex that knows how to maintain everyone’s privacy and, at the same time, invites you to share everything.<\/p>\n\n
